Key Responsibilities:
You will serve as an Independent Optometrist, taking charge of patient care concerning eye and vision health, as well as general wellness. As an independent lease holder, you will determine your practice's operating hours, patient scheduling, and pricing structures, keeping 100% of professional fees. You may opt into equipment and instrumentation packages for a fair market value.

Necessary Qualifications:
A Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution, paired with a valid state optometry license, is essential. Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school with a valid state ophthalmology license is also acceptable. Additionally, General Liability Certificate, Professional Liability Insurance Certificate, and W-9 are required documents.
