Job Title: HVAC Technician

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Asterix Communications. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center's mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine building maintenance tasks and daily visual inspections on major data center equipment.
  • Repair and maintenance work on a wide range of HVAC, plumbing, and ELV equipment.
  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical systems.
  • Maintain, operate all mechanical/HVAC related systems and associated equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
Requirements:
  • Technical Diploma Degree or ITI with minimum 5+ years of experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data center facilities management field.
  • 3+ years of total experience in HVAC field in facility management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data Centre Certifications.
  • Certified Welder.
