This role involves collaboration with a group of experienced psychiatrists, focusing on both inpatient and outpatient care for children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment for children and adolescents.
- Participate in our new Residency Program, contributing to the education and training of future psychiatrists.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic patient care.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including inpatient units dedicated to child and adolescent mental health.
- Participate in on-call rotations, currently set at 1:8.
