Roofing Foreperson

CentiMark Corporation, a leading national provider of commercial and industrial roofing services, is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreperson to join our team in the Rochester, NY area.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

• Supervise and train a crew of 5-6 individuals to ensure optimal safety, service, and quality measures.
• Lead and train crew members on field applications, work with field supervisors, and communicate effectively with customers and management.
• Responsible for paperwork, timesheets, and ensuring that the crew operates efficiently.
• Able to work with a team to install high-quality CentiMark roofs within a safe and orderly manner.

• Minimum of two years' experience in general roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial and industrial roofing procedures and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Single Ply, EPDM, PVC, and TPO roofing systems is a plus.
• A valid state driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.
• Able to work within a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
