Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop programs in cognition, weight loss prevention, neuro conditions, skilled maintenance, and more
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
- Utilize your skills and expertise to improve patient outcomes
- License in the state of Texas
- At least one year of experience in a medical setting
