Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

The National Guard Employment Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and logistics department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities, managing inventory, and supervising a team of logistics professionals.

• Supervise and manage the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory and shipments.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track inventory, shipments, and team performance.

• Supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in the repair or maintenance of specialized equipment, such as hydraulic tools and generators.
• Knowledge of ASTM standards and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The Facilities Operations Manager will work in a warehouse environment, exposed to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas, and/or fumes. The ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds is required.
