Job Summary

At Premier Care Dental Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer to lead our healthcare IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing healthcare IT strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement healthcare IT strategies and operations that align with organizational goals and objectives
• Lead the healthcare IT team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members
• Collaborate with other executives to ensure that technology and business processes align with organizational goals and objectives
• Ensure that healthcare technology and systems meet all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners
• Manage the healthcare IT budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Azure SQL Server, PowerBI, Azure AD, Powershell, DevOps, Source control, UAT, and other applications and concepts
• Experience with a medical or dental schema is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
