This position encompasses the management of the company's maintenance and safety protocols, which include procurement, preventive maintenance, equipment servicing, security measures, and supervision of the maintenance team.   • Recruit, train, supervise, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for department staff.

  • Supervise any external contractors engaged for maintenance tasks.
  • Adhere to all established work rules, procedures, and policies set forth by the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Familiarity with the operational standards of major hotel brands is preferred.

  • Proficiency in the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Ability to read and write effectively to facilitate communication.
  • Experience working in a team environment, often in a leadership capacity with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computational and computer skills are necessary.
