Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at CrossMed Allied. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory care services, including oxygen therapy and ventilation
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care and disease management
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program
  • At least 2 years of experience in respiratory care
  • Current certifications in respiratory therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
