Senior Meat Cutter

About the Role: As a Senior Meat Cutter at Sam's Club, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional member satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, and provide high-quality meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications.

• Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, and interact with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training them to perform job-related duties.

Requirements: 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department, and must be 18 years of age or older.
