Position Overview:
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, processing diagnostic images, and preparing the patient environment, including necessary supplies and medications. Your role will encompass performing radiographic examinations on a diverse patient demographic, from infants to seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate x-ray machinery and conduct imaging procedures as directed by healthcare providers.
- Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures, assisting them onto the examination table, and positioning them appropriately.
- Ensure the x-ray room is ready for use, including the setup of equipment and materials required for patient care.
- Conduct laboratory tests as ordered, including CLIA waived tests such as urinalysis and pregnancy tests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist in good standing with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Valid state license as a Diagnostic x-ray machine operator is necessary.

Experience:
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospital radiology setting is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, patience, and good judgment.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform a full range of motion, including lifting and assisting patients.
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods, with the ability to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds.
