Job Overview

As a key member of our Facilities and Engineering Team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely and accurate completion of F&E investigations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct prompt and thorough investigations, ensuring compliance with cGMPs and associated SOPs.
  • Collaborate with functional areas to identify preventive measures and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including SOPs and Work Plans.
  • Mentor and train less qualified employees in departmental processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • CMMS and facilities experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and GDPs.

Estimated Salary Range:

$75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
