About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including hot and cold items, sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and quality control standards, and ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food and beverages, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are rotated and expired items are removed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
