Position Overview

As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering respiratory care services under the guidance of the Clinical Director. Your responsibilities will include executing treatment, diagnostic, and monitoring procedures as outlined in the Respiratory Care Department Procedure Manual, ensuring adherence to physician orders and departmental protocols.

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in a relevant field
  • Valid Respiratory Care License in the state of Maine
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications to be obtained within 30 days of hire
Work Schedule

Travelers residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility will be compensated at a local rate.

Additional Information
  • Travelers must live outside the state of Maine
  • Orientation may require up to 16 hours of unpaid time
  • St. Joseph's reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts during a 13-week contract period
