Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Acute Care setting, utilizing the nursing process to prioritize wellness and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and model proficiency through precepting new team members.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality at the point of care, embracing new knowledge and innovative approaches to patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based care models, incorporating AMSN's core curriculum and specialty certification standards.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
