About the Role:- Provide leadership and guidance to the NICU team, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent outcomes.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure adequate patient care and quality of work.
- Assess and take steps to improve quality of patient experience, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Participate in patient care as needed, providing individualized care plans and interventions.
- Foster an environment of patient and family-centered care, promoting cultural diversity and personal needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
- Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification.
- Facility-specific license/certifications, including Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS).
