In the role of Maintenance Specialist, you will oversee the upkeep and repair of diverse machinery, which includes electrical frameworks, mechanical systems, and instrumentation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues utilizing diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty components and machinery parts.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various instrumentation devices.
- Adhere to all safety standards and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow maintenance team members to achieve project goals.
- Maintain precise records of maintenance tasks and equipment inventory.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance technician capacity.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, and instrumentation devices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and control systems.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the dairy or food production sector.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
Schedule Requirements:
Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM, Sunday to Thursday. Enjoy Fridays and Saturdays off.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive wage based on experience, starting at $28.00 per hour with a $3 shift premium.
- 1.5x pay on Sundays.
- Full-time hours ranging from 40 to 50 hours per week, with overtime pay for hours exceeding 40.
