Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist food servers in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Act as a liaison between the front and back of the house staff to ensure seamless communication and service.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Physically able to carry 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
