Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to ensure seamless adoption of Epic systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing technical and operational questions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epic systems, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, including user guides, quick reference cards, and online tutorials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or education.
  • At least two years of experience in a healthcare environment, with a focus on Epic systems and training.
  • Credentialing in primary Epic application or ability to achieve credentialing within three months of hire.
