About the Role

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). This role is a vital part of our healthcare team, ensuring that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients/residents and their families
  • Work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report any changes in patients'/residents' condition to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
