Reliability Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the uptime of process, ancillary, and facilities equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance to all safety policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment for team members and contractors.
  • Maintain drawings for site equipment and ISO compliant maintenance records.
  • Identify chronic yield, uptime, and productivity issues, and develop corrective actions to address them.
  • Assist with budget preparation and implement preventive and predictive maintenance to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Participate in identifying and developing training to ensure the department has the necessary skills to support the business.
  • Support and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, quality, high performance, and process excellence.
  • Assist with site regulatory compliance and partner with the Operations Team to ensure effective implementation of investment projects.
  • Develop models to analyze and predict performance using block diagrams, physics of failure, apportionment, dynamic of reliability, and simulations.
  • Identify, collect, analyze, and manage various types of data to minimize failures and improve performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in the maintenance or engineering department of a manufacturing plant.
  • Professional certification preferred (TPM, CMRT, or other relevant certification).
  • Six Sigma Black or Green Belt preferred.
  • OSHA 10 Hour Certification.
  • Certified or eligible to become certified CPR/First Aid / BBP.
