We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the uptime of process, ancillary, and facilities equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance to all safety policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment for team members and contractors.
- Maintain drawings for site equipment and ISO compliant maintenance records.
- Identify chronic yield, uptime, and productivity issues, and develop corrective actions to address them.
- Assist with budget preparation and implement preventive and predictive maintenance to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Participate in identifying and developing training to ensure the department has the necessary skills to support the business.
- Support and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, quality, high performance, and process excellence.
- Assist with site regulatory compliance and partner with the Operations Team to ensure effective implementation of investment projects.
- Develop models to analyze and predict performance using block diagrams, physics of failure, apportionment, dynamic of reliability, and simulations.
- Identify, collect, analyze, and manage various types of data to minimize failures and improve performance.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in the maintenance or engineering department of a manufacturing plant.
- Professional certification preferred (TPM, CMRT, or other relevant certification).
- Six Sigma Black or Green Belt preferred.
- OSHA 10 Hour Certification.
- Certified or eligible to become certified CPR/First Aid / BBP.
