We are seeking an experienced Field Manager to join our team in Oakland. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that Up2Us Sports AmeriCorps Coaches and partnering organizations receive high-quality services and outcomes. This includes managing coach onboarding and exiting processes, monitoring compliance, and maintaining electronic records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit administration, with experience working with underserved youth and developing collaborative partnerships among stakeholders. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred, as well as a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
This is a dynamic opportunity to join a team of professionals committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people. You will be responsible for conducting host site visits, delivering program orientation, and assisting with organizing coach trainings and special events. You will also cultivate new relationships with youth sports programs across the region and support all aspects of program monitoring and evaluation.
The salary for this position is estimated at $45,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive 403(B) plan, insurance coverage, cell phone reimbursement, and generous paid time off policy.
