Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $$100-$150 per hour, based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. This figure may vary depending on location and experience.
Job Description
As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes. You will work under the direction of the Chief of Radiology and the Imaging Services Director, utilizing efficient and safe processes to ensure optimal diagnostic quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess at least two years of regular continuous recent experience as a MRI Technologist, be fully proficient in all duties required of a MRI Technologist II, and have a license in the required state. Additionally, you should have effective oral and written communication skills, be able to present information in one-on-one and small group situations, and be familiar with applications relevant to the position.
