Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Carter Place Senior Living.

About the Role:

• Maintain a safe and comfortable home-like environment for residents, providing hands-on care and physical support as needed.\
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and eating.\
• Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities to promote independence and dignity.\
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations to ensure comprehensive care coverage.\
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans.\\/ul>\

Requirements:

• \
• Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred, but not required.\
• High School diploma or equivalent required.\
• Must be 18 years of age or older.\
• Previous experience working with seniors is an asset.\
• Excellent communication and customer service skills essential.\
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.\\/ul>\
