Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT-related inquiries and requests from internal teams and clients
  • Utilize ServiceNow to document and track IT assets, tickets, and phone calls
  • Perform laptop hardware repairs and imaging
  • Assist with equipment shipping and logistics

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support of end-user desktops in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Highly knowledgeable of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Active Directory
  • Technical school training and/or college coursework is required; Bachelor's degree or systems technical certification is preferred
  • VMWare or equivalent virtualization experience
  • o365 experience
  • ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred
