Ultra Steak, Inc. is seeking a skilled Hot Prep Cook to join our culinary team. As a Hot Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow a recipe to prepare and cook food to the highest standards
  • Read and execute a prep sheet to ensure accurate and efficient food preparation
  • Follow proper rotation and storage procedures to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Keep the line stocked with all necessary products and ingredients
  • Use sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and storage areas
  • Be able to use, disassemble, and clean equipment as needed
  • Follow proper storage procedures to maintain a clean and organized storeroom
  • Keep an organized storeroom, including inventory management and rotation
