Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Improvement Nurse, you will provide essential nursing services to residents, ensuring adherence to physician directives and compliance with state regulations. Your role will involve:
- Monitoring and enhancing quality metrics within the community.
- Planning and executing educational and clinical training programs for staff in line with regulatory standards.
- Developing and managing risk management policies to safeguard residents and staff.
- Overseeing medication administration and ensuring compliance with medical protocols.
- Implementing quality control initiatives and maintaining necessary documentation.

Qualifications

- A valid RN license and relevant nursing experience.
