  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters related to litigation.
  • Participate in business development activities to attract and retain clients.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, preferably as a defense attorney.
  • Admission to the state bar and good standing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing all phases of complex litigation, including trial and appeals.
  • Exceptional legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in a case.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Strong commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
