Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all equipment and machinery are maintained in optimal condition, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Direct the Maintenance Team: Lead and direct the maintenance team in daily activities and projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and Implement Maintenance Schedules: Create and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing of equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Conduct Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and areas for improvement, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime during maintenance activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage Maintenance Budgets: Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses related to repairs and maintenance supplies, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.
- Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Train and Mentor Maintenance Staff: Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques, particularly for manufacturing equipment, with the ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance staff.
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with Safety Regulations: Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in maintenance operations, with the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
