Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and courteous Server to join our culinary team at Ridgecrest. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and their guests. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an asset to our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Accurately take, place, and serve food and beverage orders as requested, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with special requests whenever possible, demonstrating a commitment to meeting the unique needs of our residents.
- Monitor the salad bar to ensure proper supply and temperature are maintained, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Clear tables, deliver soiled items to be cleaned, and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff, fostering a positive and respectful team dynamic.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our residents and staff.
Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in a food service or hospitality role. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods. A valid food handler's certification is also required.
