We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Kids Club ABA.

**Job Summary:**

A Behavioral Therapist will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. The therapist will implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

**Responsibilities:**

  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans designed by BCBAs
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
  • Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
  • Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
  • Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices

The estimated salary for this position is $27-$32 per hour, depending on qualifications and location.
