Water Mitigation Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Chief to lead our disaster restoration team in water mitigation and restoration services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration process, ensuring quality control, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Lead and manage a team of technicians in water mitigation and restoration services
• Oversee the restoration process, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction
• Interface with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and answer questions
• Multi-task to manage work orders, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines
• Train new technicians and key operational team members

• Experience in leading, training, or managing others in a restoration role
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
