Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive urology care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urological conditions.
  • Collaborate with urology specialists to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest urology research, treatments, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements

  • NP/PA Certification with active North Carolina license.
  • Urology RN or Urology APP work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
