About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency across our logistics and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve facility goals and improve operational performance
  • Forecast staffing and workload requirements to meet business demands
  • Prepare and analyze business reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards
  • Supervise and manage associates and leaders to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Management, Logistics, Business Administration)
  • 1-3 years experience in an operations or logistics environment, supervising and managing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
