Job Summary: As a Server at Ruby Tuesday, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every guest has a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the menu to explain offerings and make recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure orders are accurately recorded and input into the MICROS system in a timely manner.
  • Deliver food to guests in a prompt and friendly manner.
  • Check back with guests to provide refills and prebus stations.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. You should also be able to learn the menu and make recommendations to guests.
