Job Summary

As a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor at Burlington, you will be responsible for leading the merchandise progression process, ensuring back of house cleanliness and organization, and assisting in recruiting and onboarding new associates. You will also coach associates in the moment and provide recognition, as well as direct associates and workload.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the merchandise progression process, including receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
Ensure back of house cleanliness, set up, and organization are at standard.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
Direct associates and workload.
