- Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve claim issues and obtain necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims processing and payment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing and payment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
