Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at PTC of Tennessee, LLC. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all vehicles and equipment serviced by our facilities.

• Diagnose and repair complex problems with heavy trucks and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication systems and D.O.T. safety inspections
• Work collaboratively with other technicians to achieve departmental goals
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and industry developments

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of direct mechanic experience on heavy trucks or equipment
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• 4+ years of direct mechanic experience on heavy trucks or equipment
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
• Experience with manufacturer-specific training and certifications
