Elite Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients and athletes to help them regain movement and manage pain. You will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for individuals recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' medical history, perform evaluations, and develop a Plan of Care
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • New grads with no experience are welcome to apply; 1-3 years experience in orthopaedic physical therapy is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathology
  • Proficiency in evaluation, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Orthopaedics: Experience working with orthopaedic patients is highly preferred
  • Patient care: Ability to provide compassionate and effective patient care
  • Medical terminology: Strong knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
  • Anatomy knowledge: Understanding of human anatomy to assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions
  • Manual therapy: Proficiency in manual therapy techniques to relieve pain
  • Therapeutic Exercise: Experience in providing therapeutic exercises and HEP
  • Physiology knowledge: Understanding of human physiology to guide treatment plans effectively
