  • Colaborar estrechamente con los líderes técnicos para implementar estándares de Aseguramiento de Calidad y pruebas.
  • Gestionar y liderar la ejecución de programas de calidad a gran escala en diversas áreas operativas.
  • Coordinar entre equipos internos y proveedores para enfocarse en mejoras de calidad.
  • Asegurar la consistencia en los estándares de calidad a través de diferentes proyectos y regiones.
  • Desarrollar y optimizar procesos dentro del marco de normas de calidad reconocidas.
  • Realizar minería de datos y análisis para informar sobre mejoras en la calidad.
  • Reportar regularmente a la dirección sobre métricas de calidad, rendimiento y mejoras.
  • Desarrollar y monitorear métricas de calidad a lo largo del ciclo de vida del producto.
  • Diseñar e implementar procesos de Ingeniería de Rendimiento.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo de productos en la creación de Scripts y Políticas de Pruebas Automatizadas.
  • Supervisar la implementación de marcos de Pruebas de Rendimiento para la eficiencia de las aplicaciones.
  • Integrar pruebas automatizadas en el ciclo de desarrollo para asegurar una calidad constante.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Gestión de Calidad o campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de calidad, específicamente en sectores industriales, eléctricos o de gestión de energía.
  • Historial comprobado en la gestión de calidad en proyectos y equipos a gran escala.
  • Experiencia en métricas de calidad para desarrollo de aplicaciones y pruebas automatizadas.
  • Competencia en el desarrollo e implementación de scripts y políticas de pruebas automatizadas.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de análisis de datos para evaluación y mejora de calidad.
  • Fuertes capacidades de liderazgo con experiencia en la dirección y mentoría de equipos.
