About the RoleThe Dynamic Learning Academy is seeking an experienced and dedicated Academic Leader to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in encouraging children's intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative, with a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan engaging lessons and activities aligned with our curriculum, ensuring they are developmentally appropriate.
  • Design a daily and weekly schedule that meets the needs of our students.
  • Provide basic care and caregiving activities that promote a safe and supportive environment.
  • Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for support.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's activities and progress.

Requirements
  • Prior experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider, with a strong understanding of child development principles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • First aid/CPR certification, with a commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills.

CompensationWe offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
