- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in Idaho as a Mental Health Therapist.
- Experience working with geriatric, TBI, and/or SMPI clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records System.
