Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced optometrists to lease space within our Walmart stores and establish their own independent practices. As an independent optometrist, you will have the autonomy to manage your own business, including setting your schedule, fees, and patient care protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality eye and vision care services to patients
  • Manage your own practice, including scheduling, billing, and patient communication
  • Establish your own fee schedule and keep 100% of exam/professional fees
  • Have access to equipment and instrumentation for a fair market value
  • Option to opt into administrative and/or opt-tech support services (if state allows)
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
  • Valid state ophthalmology license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
