We pride ourselves on providing patient-centered care, with a focus on surgical oncology patients and critically ill medical patients.
Responsibilities- Administer and titrate infusions, including anti-arrhythmics, insulin, vasopressors, sedatives, and paralytics.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in shared governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- BSN preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 12 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the facility is located or a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state.
