We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at Goodfellas Pizzeria. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surveillance and Patrols: Regularly patrol the premises to maintain order and establish a visible presence.
  • Access Control: Monitor and authorize the entrance of vehicles and people into the property.
  • Incident Response: Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area and secure all exits, doors, and windows after operations.
  • Surveillance Monitoring: Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
  • Investigations: Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions and respond to alarms by assessing the situation.
  • Assistance and Detention: Provide assistance to people in need and apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities.
  • Reporting: Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a security officer or guard.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
  • Communication: Familiarity with report writing and excellent surveillance and observation skills.
  • Technology: Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems.
  • Certifications: Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense, and registered as a security officer.
  • Education: High School diploma is required.
