Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapy Instructor to join our team at YTI Career Institute. As a Clinical Respiratory Instructor, you will play a vital role in the education and training of our students, providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the field of Respiratory Therapy.

Responsibilities:

Provide primary supervision of students during clinical activities
Assist with precepting students for the Respiratory Therapy program
Utilize instructional methodology consistent with YTI Career Institute's learning model
Mentor and help guide students of all levels to achieve their best

Requirements:

Current Registered Respiratory Therapist at Grace Medical Center
3+ years work experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
Current license in Maryland as RCP
RRT Certification required
Associates Degree from an accredited CoArc program
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great interpersonal skills
