Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established procedures and policies.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring resident response and reporting any changes.
- Collect samples, such as urine, blood, and sputum, for residents.
- Assist nursing assistants in attending to individual resident needs.
- Monitor, observe, and record physical, mental, and psychological changes in residents.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Clear, unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
