Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
- Promoting social interaction and encouraging participation in community events while ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Providing hands-on support with mobility and incontinence care as necessary.
- Contributing to the development of personalized service plans and documenting care and services provided on a daily basis.
- Maintaining care, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with regulatory compliance.
