Dishroom Attendant

Seesaw's Lodge is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our kitchen, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

• Sorting and Cleaning: Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils, and place them in racks to be washed in the dish machine.
• Sanitation and Safety: Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and stored properly to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
• Trash and Recycling: Remove trash and recyclables from the dishroom and kitchen areas, and ensure all waste is disposed of properly.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the dish machine, sinks, and other kitchen equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Cleaning and Organization: Sweep and mop floors, clean and organize the dishroom and kitchen areas, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and management.
