Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and services. Our pharmacy technicians are the face of our company, interacting with customers and developing strong relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, under direct supervision.
  • Process prescriptions, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and patients, modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat, and orderly.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer good math skills, computer skills, and knowledge of store inventory control.
